01YOUR CHARACTER

Bring your character,
or describe a new one.

It stays the same character in every pose and animation. Got a brand book? Masko keeps its colors, rules and props too.

Next you sign in, then review it before anything is generated.

02IT REACTS

Connect its poses. Masko animates every move.

Your app calls it. People tap it. Try it: pick a pose around Mango.

Rest
your-app.js
mango.set('action::thinking', true)
mango.fire('action::dance')
Never snaps.

A move always finishes before the next one starts.

03IT TALKS

Write the line. It says it in its own voice.

Put moves in [brackets], and it does them while it says every word.

THE LITTLE DETAILS

A few questions.

we were hoping you’d ask.

What does it cost?

Credits, and you see the cost before you generate. An image is 1 credit and a 5-second animation is 10. You get 21 credits to start, then packs from $15 for 100 credits. No subscription.

See current pricing
Can I start with a character I already have?

Yes. Upload your artwork or your brand book, then use it as a reference for new poses and animations. You can also start from a description.

See the mascot maker
Will my mascot look the same everywhere?

Yes. Your mascot keeps its reference images and a style card with its colors, proportions and line style, and every new pose, animation and sticker starts from them. You review each result before you use it.

See how mascots stay consistent
How heavy are the files?

A 5-second animation at 360 px is about 0.14 MB with the Masko player, sound included. That is about 6 times lighter than HEVC.

See file sizes
If someone taps mid-move, does it snap?

No. A move always finishes before the next one starts. Mark a transition instant when it should cut in at once.

See how the player works
Does it work in my app?

Yes. The open-source Masko player runs on the web, in React, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, in React Native and on Android. You can also use the plain files.

See the player docs
Can my mascot talk?

Yes. Write the line and put moves in brackets. You get the video with its voice, an MP3 of the voice and a transcript. Talking costs 2 credits a second.

See talking mascots
Can my coding agent make it?

Yes. Connect the Masko MCP server or use the REST API in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. Your agent tells you the cost before anything is paid, and sends you a Stripe link when you need more credits.

Connect your agent
Will my animations have a background?

No. WebM, HEVC and AV1 files are transparent. Only the plain MP4 has a background.

Do I need to host the files myself?

No. Masko gives public links for published files. You can also download them and host them yourself.

Can I use my mascot commercially?

You can use the outputs you create commercially, subject to Masko’s terms and rights in your source material. Marketplace companions have separate terms.
